Money back Guarantee If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return it to us and we will happily refund your card or offer a replacement item. All returns must be made within 28 days of receipt in order to qualify for a full refund. Any items returned after this time may only be exchanged for items of the same value including postage and packing or a credit note issued. Special orders cannot be exchanged unless deemed to be faulty. This includes all items which are made to order - including veils, dresses and shoes which have been dyed to your own specification. All credits will be reimbursed to the card that was charged on purchase.
Delivery ChargesWe will endeavour to keep postage charges to a minimum. These rates are based on current Royal Mail tarrifs plus an allowance for packaging and handling. The website will automatically calculate the postage costs based on the weight and delivery zone. These charges can be seen at all times in your "shopping basket". DeliveryAll items are delivered via recorded delivery ( Some items have a different expected delivery schedule so please check all delivery details before ordering. Multiple purchases of items with differing delivery schedules will be stored until all items are available for despatch. Address RequirementsWe will not ship to a PO Box number. It is your responsibility to ensure that the delivery address given is a deliverable one. If a flat or apartment, then the flat number and building number must be clearly stated. An e-mail address is essential so that we can: a) Confirm your order and expected delivery date. Lost ItemsAll goods are despatched using a track and trace system in order to reduce problems with delivery. Once an item has been despatched and has been delivered and signed for, Just Brides cannot be held responsible for those goods. We can only supply you with the online tracking number for you to trace at this website. If your item has not been signed for the Royal Mail will not accept that they are lost until 14 days has elapsed from the despatch date (This is a Royal Mail ruling). After this point we can make a claim for the lost goods and despatch new goods to you at that point. When ordering your goods please be aware of these pitfalls. If you are in any way concerned about getting your items safely you can opt to have them sent via Special Delivery which is a GUARANTEED next day service, and the follow service given by the Royal Mail is more efficient. Non- Deliverable ItemsIf any item fails to be delivered because of a fault given in the address submitted on order, shipping costs will not be reimbursed, and we will not be held accountable for late delivery. Re-shipping charges will be charged to the client before the goods are re-despatched. Customs/ Import DutiesAny duties payable are the sole responsibility of the client. Just Brides will not pay any fees relating to import tariffs. Returns PolicyPlease check items carefully upon receipt, or as soon is reasonable possible, and report any problems to us on 0845 4662266 or via email: enquiries@justbrides.co.uk If your goods are faulty we will despatch replacement goods free of charge as soon as we receive the faulty goods back. We will also reimburse your costs in sending those goods back to us. Upon receipt of the returned items, the delivery charges of faulty goods will be credited to the client’s charge card, and replacement goods despatched. Please allow 28 days from receipt of returned goods for replacement goods to be re-shipped. Refunds or exchanges will be only be authorised for goods returned in their original condition and packaging. No refunds or exchanges will be given for goods that have been worn, damaged or soiled. Please note that particular care must be taken when trying on shoes. No shoe returns will be accepted with scuffmarks, toe imprints or scratches to the soles. Sale ItemsWe will only accept returns on sale items if we are notified within 7 days of receipt that those goods are unsuitable. How to return an item Please re-package your items in the original packaging. There is a return address label on the LHS of the delivery note which you may wish to re-use. Please also enclose a note explaining what the problem is and what action you require from us. Please send your item via recorded delivery only to: We recommend that you return items via a “recorded delivery” so that proof of despatch and receipt can be obtained.
