Important Information

By placing an order with Just Brides, you will be in acceptance of these terms and conditions, which form a legally binding contract between you (the client) and us (Just Brides).

Money back Guarantee

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return it to us and we will happily refund your card or offer a replacement item.

All returns must be made within 28 days of receipt in order to qualify for a full refund. Any items returned after this time may only be exchanged for items of the same value including postage and packing or a credit note issued.

Special orders cannot be exchanged unless deemed to be faulty. This includes all items which are made to order - including veils, dresses and shoes which have been dyed to your own specification. All credits will be reimbursed to the card that was charged on purchase.

 

Delivery Charges

We will endeavour to keep postage charges to a minimum. These rates are based on current Royal Mail tarrifs plus an allowance for packaging and handling.  The website will automatically calculate the postage costs based on the weight and delivery zone. These charges can be seen at all times in your "shopping basket".

In order to keep delays to a minimum please ensure that you have selected the correct world zone from the drop down menus in your shopping basket. Just Brides cannot be held responsible for  delays due to insufficient postage paid.

Delivery

All items are delivered via recorded delivery (UK) or via “Airsure” – signed for worldwide. This system allows for the electronic tracking of all items despatched.

Some items have a different expected delivery schedule so please check all delivery details before ordering.

Multiple purchases of items with differing delivery schedules will be stored until all items are available for despatch.

Please note that any goods found to be faulty upon receipt will be replaced, but time must be allowed for the returned goods to arrive back to us before replacement goods are despatched.

Address Requirements

We will not ship to a PO Box number. It is your responsibility to ensure that the delivery address given is a deliverable one. If a flat or apartment, then the flat number and building number must be clearly stated.

An e-mail address is essential so that we can:

a)                  Confirm your order and expected delivery date.
b)                  Keep in touch with you regarding your order.

Lost Items

All goods are despatched using a track and trace system in order to reduce problems with delivery.

Once an item has been despatched and has been delivered and signed for, Just Brides cannot be held responsible for those goods. We can only supply you with the online tracking number for you to trace at this website.

If your item has not been signed for the Royal Mail will not accept that they are lost until 14 days has elapsed from the despatch date (This is a Royal Mail ruling). After this point we can make a claim for the lost goods and despatch new goods to you at that point.

When ordering your goods please be aware of these pitfalls. If you are in any way concerned about getting your items safely you can opt to have them sent via Special Delivery which is a GUARANTEED next day service, and the follow service given by the Royal Mail is more efficient.
There will be a surcharge of £10 for the Special Delivery option. These orders must be made via telephone.

Non- Deliverable Items

If any item fails to be delivered because of a fault given in the address submitted on order, shipping costs will not be reimbursed, and we will not be held accountable for late delivery. Re-shipping charges will be charged to the client before the goods are re-despatched.

Customs/ Import Duties

Any duties payable are the sole responsibility of the client. Just Brides will not pay any fees relating to import tariffs.

Returns Policy

Please check items carefully upon receipt, or as soon is reasonable possible, and report any problems to us on 0845 4662266 or via email: enquiries@justbrides.co.uk

If your goods are faulty we will despatch replacement goods free of charge as soon as we receive the faulty goods back. We will also reimburse your costs in sending those goods back to us.
If you are unhappy with your goods for any other reason and would like an exchange or replacement, please return to us and we will send out a replacement or refund your payment card. 
The cost of returning goods lies with the client, unless faulty, when those goods will be exchanged free of charge.

Upon receipt of the returned items, the delivery charges of faulty goods will be credited to the client’s charge card, and replacement goods despatched. Please allow 28 days from receipt of returned goods for replacement goods to be re-shipped.

Refunds or exchanges will be only be authorised for goods returned in their original condition and packaging.
Faulty packaging results in goods not being fit for re-sale and therefore we reserve the right to charge a resonable amount to cover loss of revenue on re-sale upto the full amount of the goods.
Therefore please ensure that returneed goods are posted back in the original box/es and that an outer packaging is secure and in place to prevent damage to the inneer boxes.

No refunds or exchanges will be given for goods that have been worn, damaged or soiled. Please note that particular care must be taken when trying on shoes. No shoe returns will be accepted with scuffmarks, toe imprints or scratches to the soles.

We reserve the right to charge a 15% re-stocking fee for returned items. This is to cover administration charges etc and will only be used in extenuating circumstances. 

Returns cannot be accepted for special orders unless deemed to be faulty. Special Orders are items which have been made to order such as Tiaras, Veils and wedding dresses. These are not exchangeable as they have been specifically made to your own specifications and are personal to you and we would not usually be able to re-sell such items.

Sale Items

We will only accept returns on sale items if we are notified within 7 days of receipt that those goods are unsuitable.
All sale items are from stock samples and are "Sold as Seen". They may have been tried on by other brides. Gowns may require dry cleaning, which must be done at your own cost.
Whilst we will endeavour to be as fair as possible in accepting returns, sale items are sold at greatly reduced prices, which will reflect the possibility of containing flaws. Please ensure that you fully inspect all sale items as soon as reasonably possible on receipt as these items will not be refunded after 7 days from purchase. 
 

How to return an item

Please re-package your items in the original packaging. There is a return address label on the LHS of the delivery note which you may wish to re-use. Please also enclose a note explaining what the problem is and what action you require from us. Please send your item via recorded delivery only to:

We recommend that you return items via a “recorded delivery” so that proof of despatch and receipt can be obtained. Just Brides accepts no responsibility for returned goods lost in transit.

Security Policy

All information given on this website is held by HSBC and is not divulged to Just Brides Ltd. All payments are made via the HSBC secure server and are authorised with MasterCard and Visa prior to despatch of goods.

Full payment for goods and postage will be debited from your card upon submission of your order.
Any payments suspected to be fraudulent, will be subject to further investigation and will be reported to the relevant authorities.
